Worship is our life's ambition and our hearts' desire because a true follower of Christ knows He is good.
"Taste and see that the Lord is good." Psalm 34:8.
We believe worship is giving God our attention and focus. It is not about us at all. Psalm 115:1.
At ABC, we believe that through deed and word we are to show the world there is only one God and He alone is worthy of praise. We believe it is out of a heart of worship that we are compelled to evangelize. We believe we evangelize for worship.
We believe in magnifying the name of Jesus, lifting Him up. Worship is contagious. If the world sees spirit and truth worship, they will desire to join in!
Our goals are:
- Worship in spirit and in truth
- Never let rocks cry louder than Agricola
- Enter His gates with thanksgiving
- Please Him
- Everyone worship
- Proceed with excellence
Music is a tool God has given us to aid us in corporate worship. Music is not primary or the only way to worship Him. Every congregation should make time to worship together. At Agricola, we seek to use music as a pleasing offering to God. We thank God for inspiring both past and present music, but we revere Him above all else.
