ABC offers many opportunities for members and the community to be involved in small group experiences. These groups are designed to provide warm, caring, and educational opportunities for those who attend them. Some of the small group experiences are:
Sunday School:
At 9:30 am on Sunday mornings, our Sunday School offers a small group, Bible Study experience for all ages. Birth through youth enjoy classes that are either age or grade appropriate. Adults also enjoy classes that are age appropriate (though the age ranges are not our main emphasis) and are offered in two basic formats: men's and women's classes - and coed classes. In these classes you will find challenging and uplifting Bible Studies that will introduce you to building better relationships with one another and with the Lord. You will also find warm, caring people who will share you joys and help bear your burdens. We invite you to join a Sunday School class this Sunday and discover a new family at ABC.
At 5:00 pm on Sunday evenings, ABC offers Discipleship classes to it's adults. These classes are usually taught on a rotating cycle of 12 - 14 weeks. During a typical cylce, you will have the opportunity to choose at least two course from several being offered. These courses are offered in enough variety that you will find one or two that appeal to some interest that you have. The course content is designed to help in developing life skills, and developing tranformational lifes. The youth are involved in ongoing opportunities for personal growth. Children are involved in a variety of seasonal activities, including children's choirs, Bible buddies, and G-Force.
Wednesday Nights:
The best way to describe Wednesday nights at ABC is in one phrase - just plain fun!!! Adults have an informal, up-close and personal time of Bible Study with the pastor in the worship center. We laugh and cry together!! The Youth are involved in the 6:33 Student Ministry (see youth page) and the children are involved in missions education activities. All of these activities begin at 6:30 pm. Beyond these, the Celebration Choir rehearses at 7:30 pm and provides another group experience for those with musical interests.
